    I always seem to have some good sharp cheddar or hot pepper cheese around for my burgers. If I am at Dairy State Cheese in Rudolph, Wisconsin …. I will buy some good Aged Brick or Baby Swiss. I recently had some Smoked Gouda on a turkey burger….it was outstanding. If you have great cheese… you don’t even need a condiment.
