Grill a 1/4 pound burger with sharp cheddar inside the burger, then top it with with pepper jack and provolone….give it just enough time to start to melt the cheese on top, and hope that none of the cheddar has started to ooze out of the center yet!

Okay, so the craziest cheeseburger I have ever had takes cheeseburgers to a whole new level. You got 2 patties, 3 slices of pepper jack cheese, jalapenos, banana peppers, lettuce, tomato, fried onion strings, and to top it off, you smother it with a spicy southwest barbeque sauce. I like to call it “EL GIGANTE.”
