    I don’t drink, but I love cooking with alcohol. One of my favorite pairings on CheeseCupid.com is a good, robust cheddar with stout beer to make my delicious Wisconsin Beer Cheese Soup!

    Actually the way I found this website was through a recipie on Pintrest the Wisconsin Swiss & Bacon Artichoke Onion Dip
    SO SO good! I served it with a petite Sahrah ( I know I’m terrible speller!) and it was a hit for sure! I’ve been exploring your website and can’t wait to try out the rest of em!

    Pick just one? I never met a cheese I didn’t like, but I think cheddar is the most versatile and crowd pleasing. It also pairs with my three favorite drinks, pale ale, merlot, and brandy!
