I don’t drink, but I love cooking with alcohol. One of my favorite pairings on CheeseCupid.com is a good, robust cheddar with stout beer to make my delicious Wisconsin Beer Cheese Soup!

My favorite wine is Zinfandel and my husband’s is Merlot. Interestingly enough, both combine well with Cheddar! And all 3 in my house right now!! A match made in heaven!!!

Pick just one? I never met a cheese I didn’t like, but I think cheddar is the most versatile and crowd pleasing. It also pairs with my three favorite drinks, pale ale, merlot, and brandy!
