What? Only ONE? Who on this page doesn’t just love them ALL. Mozz, Cheddar, Provolone, Gouda, Feta, Moterrey, Jack, Colby….
If I have to choose one, I’d have to go with Havarti. Melts well on hot food, tastes great on cold food. Plain or with with crackers, it’s a treat any time of the day.

Any cheese is an instant party at our house, but the most celebrated event is slamming down squeaky cheese curds on the way home from Union Star Cheese!!!

Cheddar is an all time family favorite because of it’s versatility. Serve it sliced, melted over pasta, or on a sandwich. Any way you make it, it is fantastic!!!

I love any type of sharp cheddar. It goes well with everything especially fresh fruits like apples, strawberries, grapes and melons.

Baked brie with Wisconsin dried cranberries and honey! Makes a great, not too sweet dessert to share.
A delicious home-made apple pie with big slices of Wisconsin sharp cheddar to eat along with it. Hmmm-Yummy!!! Oh, yes, and a nice glass of red wine.
Havarti!
Chedder with pears are a nice pairing, but so is Riesling and Monterey Jack.
