Juicy purple and yellow beets, pickled quince and Wisconsin Gruyère – a delicious and colorful holiday salad.

Hosting a dinner party this season? Make this simple salad of Wisconsin Gruyère with Beets and Picked Quince. Guests will be talking about it into the New Year.

Serving Tips:

  1. Arrange beet slices on individual serving plates or one large salad plate and top with pickled quince.
  2. Season the beets and quince with salt and pepper.
  3. Place slices of Gruyère on top of the salad, centered over the quince.
  4. Serve the salad to your guests as they enjoy a glass of scotch, brown ale or sauvignon blanc – perfect companions to the nutty Gruyère.
