Wisconsin Cheese and a handful of nuts. Is there anything better?

We love serving warm Wisconsin Brie with a handful of pistachios or pairing a Garlic-Baked Brie with a drizzle of honey, toasted walnuts, almonds or pecans. A holiday favorite and delicious combination of sweet and savory, sharing Wisconsin Brie may turn into a new tradition for your family this season.

Serving Tips:

  1. If baking the Brie, pour honey over the entire wheel before baking. Trust us on this one. It’s delicious.
  2. As always, don’t forget to season with salt.
  3. We love the mild flavor of pistachios with an earthy Brie, but don’t let that stop you from trying pecans, walnuts, almonds, hazelnuts or any other variety.
  4. Sweet ciders, a light-bodied Beaujolais or a bubbly Champagne help celebrate the rich flavor combinations of Brie and nuts.
