As summer approaches and we continue to gain daylight through springtime, take advantage of the early morning sunshine with a cozy breakfast. After a cup of hot coffee, try your English muffins toasted and smeared with whipped Wisconsin Mascarpone. Then top with fresh basil and a few slices of heirloom tomatoes.
