Tomato and Wisconsin Fontina Tart
With summer officially upon us, savoring the hours of sunshine is undoubtedly the priority. This evening, try this quick and simple tart that lets you spend less time in your kitchen and more time outside enjoying the warm weather.
By using only a handful of ingredients, this recipe requires minimal planning and is easily adapted to your own taste preference. Yellow and red grape tomatoes make for a colorful presentation, but sweet red cherry tomatoes or tangy Romas work wonderfully as well.
